Cold Forming Extruder
The cold forming extruder is intended for food products that require low-temperature shaping. Precision temperature control is used during the extrusion process to prevent raw materials from becoming thermally degraded.
The extrusion machine may handle a variety of formulations, including fresh meat, meat meal, soybean meal, protein powder, cereals, dietary fiber, and micronutrients. The required low-temperature extrusion conditions are obtained using a controlled cooling medium.
The cold forming extruder can produce pellets, sticks, and flake products with variable forms and hardness by adjusting the formulation and replacing the mold, providing considerable flexibility for different production requirements.

Applications
Applicable to a wide range of low-temperature forming products.

With precise temperature control, both the barrel and the screw can be cooled using a cooling medium, resulting in stable low-temperature extrusion that matches raw material specifications.

A precision-engineered rotary cutting system with variable frequency speed management ensures highly uniform product size and steady cutting performance.

Made of food-grade alloy material with excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

The power distribution gearbox has a large load-bearing capacity, minimal noise, and excellent efficiency.
