The twin-screw extruder uses a three-shaft paddle conditioner with numerous liquid and steam injection ports to ensure uniform and effective material conditioning. This improves mixing performance, encourages more fresh meat inclusion, and increases overall product maturity and quality.
Featuring a side-push precision positioning rotary cutter, the snack extruder allows for blade change without downtime, considerably increasing production efficiency and eliminating interruptions.
The control system has a user-friendly HMI interface that allows for comprehensive data display and memory storage, as well as easy parameter adjustment via touchscreen.
