AHE Series Twin Screw Extruder
The AHE series twin-screw extruder is the third-generation upgraded model developed by Shandong Arrow. The entire extrusion machine, from basic mechanical components to the electrical control system, has been optimized and upgraded to high industry standards. This results in greatly improved operational stability, allowing for long-term continuous and efficient production while lowering maintenance downtime.
The twin-screw extruder is designed for large-scale manufacture of puffed food products, ensuring constant product quality and accommodating a wide range of recipes, laying the groundwork for efficient and controlled manufacturing.

Built with a German-imported torque protection system, the snack extruder features a photoelectric safety switch on the cutting door, motor PTC thermal protection, and real-time oil temperature monitoring, ensuring overall safety and reliability.

Incorporating an advanced threaded screw design, the extrusion system delivers improved material processing efficiency and optimum expansion performance, allowing for a significant rise in output to support high-efficiency, large-scale manufacturing.

The screw elements are made of high-wear-resistant materials and have an optimized thread design that reduces wear, extends service life, and provides stable, long-term, high-efficiency operation.

The system incorporates European-imported pressure and temperature sensors for direct material temperature sensing, allowing for accurate temperature management. A centralized control panel manages all operating parameters and displays real-time information.
