Triple Screw Extruder
The AEE80 triple-screw extruder employs innovative multi-meshing shear technology. Three screws are positioned in-line to create two independent meshing and kneading zones, resulting in performance comparable to dual twin-screw coordination. It outperforms traditional twin-screw extrusion systems in terms of shear and dispersion efficiency.
It is intended for nourishing rice, aquatic feed, and other related products and promotes efficient and stable large-scale production.

The multi-meshing shear process features three screws arranged in-line, forming two independent meshing and kneading zones (equivalent to dual twin-screw coordination). Compared with traditional twin-screw systems with only one meshing point, it significantly improves shear and dispersion efficiency.

With a side-push precision-positioned rotary cutter, the system allows for blade changes without downtime, considerably enhancing operational efficiency and output.

Equipped with an intuitive HMI control system, it offers full data visualization and multi-recipe storage, as well as the ability to make quick and easy parameter tweaks via touchscreen.
