Rotary Head Snack Extruder
The rotary head extruder is designed to make puffed snack foods like cheese curls and corn sticks. After mixing, the material is extruded through a rotating extrusion plate, where kneading and extrusion forces create unique irregular and twisted shapes that are then cut to the desired length with a cutter.
The snack extruder is equipped with wear-resistant alloy screws that can withstand lengthy periods of continuous operation. The push-button control design facilitates operation and cleaning. Production capacity can be tailored to the requirements of small, medium, and large-scale food enterprises.
| Model | Capacity | Overall Dimensions | Power |
| 100-110kg/h | 2100×840×2200mm | 22kW | |
| 200-220kg/h | 2150×840×2250mm | 22kW | |
| 200-220kg/h | 2150×1300×2530mm | 22kW |

Equipped with a gravity feed hopper and integrated vibrator, the snack extrusion system ensures stable and precise raw material flow control for consistent feeding.

A gearbox is used to control the speed of the feed screw.

The head clearance is manually adjusted and accurately controlled by a mechanical ratchet mechanism to provide reliable operation.

The table is manually adjusted with a crank mechanism, enabling smooth backward sliding for convenient positioning.
