Extruded Panko Breadcrumb Processing Line
This panko breadcrumbs production line uses innovative twin-screw extrusion technology from Europe, which can cook raw ingredients efficiently and form quickly. The system features a modular screw design and a multi-stage barrel, enabling flexible adjustments of process parameters such as formulation, temperature, and pressure to precisely control extrusion behaviour and produce breadcrumb products with different textures and flavours, including needle and flake formats.

Mixing
The mixing machine can mix different powdered raw materials uniformly and without dead corners, which can ensure the stability of the machine and guarantee the standardized production process of food.

Extruding
Twin-screw extrusion is accomplished with a set of revolving screws that move and compress the raw materials at high temperature and pressure, allowing for efficient shearing, mixing, and thermal cooking. The processed mass is subsequently accurately formed using a die mechanism, providing articles of uniform shape and definite dimensions.

Pulling Cutting
The cutting machine is employed for the initial cutting of needle-like breadcrumbs prior to grinding. The system offers adjustable speed control and high-capacity performance, which guarantees effective and consistent size reduction prior to grinding.

Crushing
The breadcrumb grinding machine is horizontal, so the vibration is small and there is no dead zone. The grinding blades are symmetrically and evenly distributed, so the effective grinding surface area is big and the materials can be processed efficiently. The machine has a vertical stainless steel housing structure for durability and hygienic compliance. High-strength screening meshes are employed, and the particle sizes and product specifications may be changed easily by simply changing the screens with different apertures and shapes, allowing flexible production adjustment.

Drying
Uniformly fluidized drying provides efficient and uniform moisture removal, suitable for fragile and irregularly shaped granular materials. The system provides great mechanical and thermal efficiency, functioning in a fully enclosed structure for clean, hygienic, and energy-efficient processing.
