Grinding
This grinding machine is intended for grinding prawn feed, fine extruded feed, other aquatic feed and pet food raw ingredients. It has a novel screen-free structure with air classification and a specially built grinding disc to provide high-capacity, high-efficiency performance.
The method guarantees homogeneous and constant particle size while minimising temperature rise during processing, hence conserving raw material quality and nutritional integrity.

Extruding
The twin-screw extrusion machine compresses and conveys materials using revolving screws, which allows for shear, mixing, and thermal cooking at high temperatures and pressures. The treated material is subsequently accurately moulded using customized dies, resulting in finished products with controlled requirements and uniform geometry.
The extruder uses high-speed, high-torque gearbox to provide great load capacity, low operating noise, and high processing efficiency, making it ideal for large-scale feed production applications.

Drying
This dryer uses a sophisticated bidirectional cross-flow hot air circulation method to successfully meet the cooking and drying needs of extruded products. An internal hot air recirculation system provides energy-efficient operation, lowering overall manufacturing costs.
The unit offers a variety of heating solutions, including steam, gas, and electric, allowing for easy adaption to changing processing conditions and facility requirements.
