2D/3D Pellet Snacks Processing Line
The 2D/3D snack pellet machine is a food extrusion device used to treat starch-based raw materials like wheat flour, maize flour and root-based products. With different die configurations, it can produce a broad range of shapes, including spiral and shell-type 2D pellets, flakes, 3D pellets, and slanted tube-shaped products. This adaptability enables versatile product development and efficient multi-form snack manufacturing.

Extruding
The snack pellet extruder is a secondary extrusion cooker intended for large-scale industrial production, combining feeding, extrusion, shaping, and cutting into one continuous operation. It efficiently processes starch-based raw materials such as corn starch and wheat flour, providing consistent performance and high output capacity to satisfy the needs of current automated production lines.

Forming
This shaping machine is designed to cut and form a wide range of extruded items and provides for flexible adjustment of cutting speed and product length. It provides precise control to fulfill varied production parameters and product requirements.

Drying
This dryer adopts food-grade stainless steel chain plate that outperforms typical belt conveyors in terms of strength, durability, and corrosion resistance, offering improved hygiene and safety during food manufacturing. The chain plate holes can be customized (e.g., oval or other forms) to meet product specifications, increasing hot air penetration and circulation efficiency. This design can accommodate both high-density and low-density large-capacity production requirements, providing constant drying performance and robust process management.
