Dry Textured Vegetarian Protein TVP Processing Line
This dry processing plant protein production line uses pre-treatment, high-temperature extrusion heating and cutting to treat soy, pea and other plant-based raw materials to rearrange the protein matrix into fibrous textures. This means that meat analogues, protein chunks and strips can be made with a constant structure and shape.
The procedure is performed without discharge of waste water, resulting in cleaner manufacturing. The resulting products have a well-defined fibrous texture and meat-like bite, and low moisture content for easy storage and transportation, making the process well-suited for scalable, industrial manufacturing.

Flour Preparation
The raw material distribution system allows the controlled distribution of different ingredients to selected storage bins, providing organised and adaptable material handling. It applies high-accuracy load cells with variable speed feeding for accurate dosing and stable weighing performance. Multiple hopper configurations are offered for a wide range of material properties and storage needs.

Mixing
Featuring a dual-shaft rotor design, the mixer delivers rapid blending with high uniformity, ensuring thorough dispersion of all raw materials. An integrated large cross-section air return system effectively minimizes dust generation, supporting cleaner production and improved environmental control.

Extruding
The twin screw extrusion process applies controlled shear, mixing and thermal frying of raw materials at high temperature and pressure. The revolving screws ensure efficient plasticization and gelatinisation of the starch. Then, the material is shaped to the desired shape and size using precision dies, ensuring uniform product structure and quality.

Forming
The shape of the product is controlled by replaceable dies, shaping units and cutting systems, allowing the accurate conversion of raw materials into the desired shapes, with constant dimensions and great repeatability.

Drying
The dryer is equipped with a forced hot air circulation system to maximise the heat transfer efficiency and to assure the uniform drying. It offers a variety of heat sources such as electricity, natural gas, fuel oil and steam for flexibility in energy choices. The PLC control system has the function of accurate temperature control to ensure the consistency of drying performance and product quality.
