Forming
Mixing of different ingredients such as puffed cereals, rings, nuts, granola, multi-grains, and food-grade bonding syrup. The mixture is fed into automated roller forming and linear cutting machine for healthy snacks bar production.

Chocolate Enrobing
Chocolate enrobing machine is used for coating an even layer of chocolate on cereal bar, rice cakes, and bar snacks.

Tunnel Freezing
This tunnel freezing system utilizes instant freezing power generated from freezer unit to rapidly set the bars. The system features a food grade PU conveyor belt and can be customized in length and size based on your required capacity and temperature.
