Dry Kibble Pet Food Production Line (1000-11000kg/h)
The pet kibble production line was designed using 3D engineering and suited to specific production requirements. It combines food-grade professional extrusion equipment with a high-efficiency circulation drying system. It enables high fresh meat inclusion ratios while assuring uniform drying and consistent output of premium-quality pet dry food.
Optional vacuum coating and clever central control systems improve palatability and batch uniformity while dramatically lowering labour and energy consumption, resulting in efficient and dependable industrial-scale manufacturing.
Applications: Suitable for the production of a wide range of pet foods, including dog food and cat food.
Capacity Range: 0.8–1.2 t/h, 1.5–2.5 t/h, 2.5–3.5 t/h, 4.5–6.0 t/h, 6.0–8.0 t/h, and 8.0–10 t/h, enabling flexible configuration to meet different production scale requirements.

Mixing
Designed for dry material mixing, the system provides great homogeneity (≤5%) and excellent sealing performance to prevent leakage. A big bottom discharge door allows for speedy, thorough unloading with minimal residue, resulting in efficient operation and easy cleaning.
Grinding
The grinder is suitable for grinding a wide range of granular raw materials and produces precisely controlled particle sizes in the 30-60 mesh range, fulfilling changing fineness requirements across different manufacturing processes.
Coating
An optional vacuum coater allows for the enhanced addition of oils, fats, and flavourings, with coating levels reaching 35%. This improves palatability and increases the total nutritional content of the finished product, while also assuring uniform absorption and coating quality.
Extruding
The twin-screw extruder features dual- or triple-shaft preconditioners with numerous liquid and steam inlets, allowing for precision dosing of oils, flavour slurries, and fresh meat paste. This arrangement allows for high fresh meat and high protein pet food compositions, which improves palatability and product acceptance.
Its modular screw and barrel structure enables for easy adaption to various raw materials and processing requirements. The system, made of food-grade alloy materials, provides increased wear resistance and a longer service life, providing dependable long-term operation.
Drying
The circulation dryer is intended for high-capacity pet food drying, providing consistent and efficient results in large-scale production. Its modular structure allows for customizable configuration to meet various capacity requirements and easy installation or expansion.
The sophisticated bidirectional cross-flow hot air circulation process guarantees equal heat distribution throughout the drying chamber, ensuring moisture uniformity of ±7.5%. A steady material distribution system ensures even product layering, which leads to constant drying quality and reliable output.
