Mixing

Coating

Cooling
This equipment combines conveying and cooling functions, using forced air cooling to provide a homogeneous temperature drop in the product. It maintains steady product conditions and effectively prepares the material for later packaging.
Extruding
This twin-screw extruder is intended for small to medium-scale manufacturing, is built to food-grade equipment standards, and has excellent formulation versatility. It has various liquid injection sites that allow for the flexible addition of oils, flavourings, and other ingredients to assist the creation of a variety of pet food products.
Each barrel segment has its own temperature control, ensuring precise process management and constant product quality. It also features an HMI interface for easy operation.
Drying
The servo-driven material distribution system assures even distribution and reliable operation. An integrated residue cleaning system makes maintenance easier while decreasing sanitary issues and safety hazards. The drying machine supports a variety of heating options, including steam, gas, and electric, allowing for easy adaption to changing production circumstances and energy requirements.
