Extruding
Pre-processed raw materials are fed into the cold extruder hopper and shaped by the die at the exit. By changing moulds with varied specifications, the system can manufacture various shapes such as strips and sheets, meeting a wide range of pet food product development and processing needs.
Cutting
Adjustable cutting length with high precision and efficiency, ensuring consistent dimensions and clean product edges.
Drying
Intelligent temperature and humidity control allows for fully automated drying and accurate process regulation. The system recovers and reuses both latent and sensible heat from the drying chamber's exhaust air, considerably boosting overall thermal efficiency and lowering energy usage.
