Sauce Preparation

Powdered raw materials are blended and heated in water, with the option of manual feeding or an automatic dosing system. The prepared slurry is precisely placed into the beef gravy processing tank.
A buffer tank stores the completed beef gravy or jelly, which can then be piped directly to the filling and packaging plant.
An optional bone broth preparation equipment is also available, which extracts all residual nutrients from animal bones, improving the nutritional profile of pet food and better meeting the dietary demands of cats and dogs.
